Public Comment Guidelines

  • The following guidelines are used to comply with new regulations:

    • The agenda for a particular meeting must be posted on the website at least 48 hours prior to the start of the meeting
    • Individuals who wish to speak must register by submitting a form
    • Individuals who wish to speak must register a minimum of 24 hours prior to the start of the meeting

    Additionally:

    The Board will not tolerate comments that are: threatening, harassing, illegal, obscene, defamatory, personal attacks, or on a topic outside of the agenda. Comments should be addressed to the Board President, not an individual Board member.
