Who Can Vote
To vote in this referendum, an individual must:
- Be a United States citizen and a resident of Indiana.

Be at least 18 years old on or before Election Day (November 3, 2026).

Have lived in their specific Tipton County voting precinct for at least 30 days before the election.

Not currently be imprisoned following conviction of a crime.

Early Voting Information

In-Person Early Voting: Per state law, in-person early voting always opens at least 28 days before the election at the Tipton County Courthouse (Circuit Court Clerk's office).

Weekend Hours: The Clerk's office is legally required to open for early voting on the two Saturdays immediately preceding the election (October 24 and October 31, 2026).
