Academic and Student Support
- Maintain classroom programs, academic opportunities, and student services.
- Preserve intervention, special programs, and other supports that help students succeed.
- Protect opportunities for students to participate in extracurricular and enrichment activities.
Attracting and Retaining Staff
- Support competitive pay and benefits for teachers and staff.
- Help TCSC attract qualified employees when positions become available.
- Improve the district’s ability to retain experienced staff and reduce turnover.
Transportation
- Help maintain safe and reliable daily transportation for students.
- Support transportation for athletics, extracurricular activities, and other school programs.
- Help cover rising costs associated with buses, fuel, maintenance, and transportation staffing.
Operational Stability
- Help offset reductions in local property tax revenue available to the district.
- Support essential operating costs such as utilities, insurance, supplies, maintenance, and other day-to-day expenses.
- Provide greater financial stability and reduce the need for additional cuts to programs, staffing, and student services.
