What are Board Minutes?
Board Minutes documents are posted after board meetings. The document is, essentially, an outline of what transpired at the board meeting. You can think of it like this:
Board Minutes are to board meetings what a screenplay is to a movie.
The Board Minutes document goes into great detail about what was discussed. It even offers summaries of important topics that were brought before the board, and includes which board members participated in motions. Board Minutes documents are so specific that they even include information on who led the Pledge of Allegiance!

Proposed Board Policy Updates
The TCSC School Board welcomes public feedback on board policy. Throughout 2025, the School Board will review proposed board policy updates recommended by an advisory committee. Following the first public reading, these proposed board policy updates will be shared here for public review by the Thursday before the second public reading. These proposed board policy updates will then be voted on following the second reading at the next month's Board Meeting.
