What to Bring

To register at our Elementary School, please bring the following documentation:

1. The student's original birth certificate
2. The student's shot records
3. Two (2) pieces of mail in the parent's/guardian's name to show proof of residence
4. Parent's/guardian's ID
5. Any court documentation pertaining to the child (ex., custody paperwork)

To enroll at Tipton Elementary School, please bring the following:

1. Proof of residency
2. Driver's license

Additionally, if your student is new to the district, you'll also need:

1. The student's birth certificate
