Tipton Community School Corporation is proud to offer a robust and forward-thinking technology program that enhances student learning and supports 21st-century skill development. As a 1:1 district, every student is provided with a school-issued device tailored to their learning stage:

• Grades K–2: iPads
• Grades 3–12: Chromebooks
   

Purpose of the 1:1 Program

The primary goal of our 1:1 initiative is to enrich instruction by providing multiple pathways for student engagement, collaboration, and personalized learning. These devices enable access to high-quality digital resources, interactive tools, and flexible instructional strategies that reinforce academic growth across all grade levels.

A secondary—but equally important—goal is to ensure students develop digital literacy and responsible technology use. By incorporating both tablets and laptops into their daily learning, students gain practical experience with a variety of devices. This exposure equips them with the foundational technology skills needed for success in higher education, the workforce, and everyday life.
