The 2020 Indiana FFA State Convention was held last week - virtually.  A good thing about this, anyone can view the different sessions that took place.  You can find those sessions at the Indiana FFA website.  When you open the 1st General Session, you will find Tipton High School’s Abby Overdorf opened the session with a song.  Abby was one of several FFA members chosen to perform as part of the talent contest.

Five Tipton High School FFA members received the Hoosier FFA Degree: Gracie Jo Boyer,  Camden Calloway, Samantha Huffer,  Hannah Isaac, and Jonathan Stokes.   Five Hoosier FFA Degree recipients is the largest number that THS had recognized at the convention in recent years. The Hoosier FFA Degree is a tremendous accomplishment for an FFA member. This degree documents that the member has achieved success at a high level in their Supervised Agricultural Experience program, leadership development, and community service. These degrees recognize what FFA members strive for in their careers. Congratulations.

Congratulations to Camden Calloway who was elected as the District V Vice-President and will serve in that capacity for the 2020-2021 year.
